I have been making music in various forms since I was about 15 (it was quite crap then though).
I started doing Metal in a very teenagery way, matured a bit through various bands, then moved on to doing more experimental electronic stuff in my early twenties. This evolved in to a hip hop project by the time I was about 22. After a few years making hip hop, I kind of just stopped doing any music for some reason.
I have recently rediscovered my metal roots, and decided to make some good old “I don’t care if you like it – in fact I’d rather you didn’t” heavy tunes. I got together with a few old mates, made a few new ones, and formed a band called Sonance. So far we’re mainly just writing songs (or 1 big long song) and occasionally recording it on a single mic in the room.
